fighting the good fight

for my patient..i have to fight the good fight...at least when i will be facing my own conscious late at night before sleeping,even if my patient is so sick that death becomes inevitable,i will be having my conscious clear..clear to the point that i can sleep at night..because i have done my share in saving him and i did fight for him the good fight...this ain't easy at all..specially when 'team work'is just a word mentioned for reputation and in real life encounters,you are fighting completely alone for your patient.
