i guess reading books that talk about the ancient events and history can be awkward to some and non useful to many , so they , i mean the syrian and jordanian actors,started to shoot serials about the ancient islamic history coz we are really fed up with this acting slop that is going down and still keeping this trend, so this year i have shifted the channels to keep watching these types of serials, i have seen "melouk el tawa2eif", to whom it may concern,this serial was talking about how this empire built in andalouseya has fell,another one who has won a prize this year and it deserves it and i guess mbc will start to make us watch it again very soon ,is "el amein wel ma2moun:sons of haroun al rashid",we have to read t he past to understand the present and somehow, have a vision for the future.al amein wel ma2moun really was taking my breath away , it was very informative about what is happening and how they did correlate the past with the present.one of the best things i have followed and seen in 2006 .the music also astonished me , it was so beautiful tyhat u will simply follow it and it will take ur soul away from our present time to the times of khaleifa al rashid and the abassy time ,it is known as the golden age,and it was in fact.emma, my friend,italian and middle east reporter has told me before going to el ashrafeya in lebanon,thayt the middle east holds lots of history and stuff in it , it is very rich and full of amazements,rich in knowledge and culture and civilization , ...we really have beleived that we are the third world..we have to explore our past to know and understand , and not simply to stay like that watching ,ya habibi ya rasoul allah : you said that : la yakon a7adekom ema3ah ,i know we have to keep our identity , but how can we keep it and feel the sens of belonging if we really know nothing about our past history ? keep reading books guys !
