second part of ramadan

still at the hospital , spending hours at the ER ,or in the ward.Always taking my breakfast in ramadan alone on the bridge of the hospital..the breakfast composed of one large bottle of mineral water with some juice and one apple..my stomach can not tolerate any more food at the breakfast time.
On the memory of 9-11 ,the boss has invited us all to have a breakfast with him , this made me laugh a lot..what a coincidence! on the -beloved-fucking-memory of this horrible day , we are all invited to this!..the other thing that made me laugh is that the doctor-the cat-is still struggling and whatever paper he presents to the boss or to higher bosses,i usually tell him{please ! add my name!}
The cat usually asks me to have breakfast with him and with other collagues at our office , but i can not do that..since my last gastroenteritis due to eating from the hospital and my last time i smelled the odour of the rotten tomatoes and i knew that with it all the food and salad will be cooked, i sweared to Allah that i will never put a piece of bread in my mouth from this hospital once again,biscuits are even sweeter when i buy them from the kantein.
still no eating at the hospital , i never ate with my boss who whenever he sees me tells me - howa ana basmagi walla eh!- due to me signing from him all the time all my vacations and day off- makhodsh day off walla eh!-
like that i have missed an invitation over breakfast in ramadan,but i went to an invitation by the river nile over a breakfast madeof fish and shrimps..i had gastric upsets of course but i enjoyed the food and specially the turkish soup.
still some invitations are lingering in the air..may be i will catch one before my departure ..
uptil now , i have received 2 major accidents-about to die -patients and thank God that he breathes life again in their souls..2ayati and saleh..both entered at the ICU due to fracture pelvis..been ages since i have received fracture pelvis at the ER..ayati was received oki but he soon developped shock..he was oki few days later..but saleh was about to die at the ER..we admitted him urgently to the ICU and i was there looking at him as he got the face of someone who will die in no time..he kept asking for water due to shock and then he developped the shivering and then life was breathed again in him thank God!..he is now with a rt chest tube , fracture pelvis,2 drains after abd exploration with no resection.
my rectopexy patient with DKA will go out from the ICU to the ward ,he is very happy..and me too !
still my friends asking me to take breakfast with them and am saying no for the food coming from the hospital..am thinking about dish party actually..but can all my collagues-who are all males-cook?
my last shift at the ER was a real shit..i was working for nearly 9 hrs non stop with major cases and rapid decision making which made me very weak at the end of the shift and in addition to fasting , i lost lots of water and minerals..i returned home just 30 min before eating the breakfast..while i was in the subway,i started to have the twitches of low blood sugar..i hoped from God that it will never proceed to take all my body as it has happened lately at the operating theater in ramadan ..it was this time in my rt hand..i went home and after breakfast, i had one of the worst muscle spasms in both legs and extended to my rt thigh..am now on calcium and lots of vitamins..
