my condition right now

am having gastric upsets for about 10 days now
i wish it is not an ulcer
i wish i can have an ultrasound only
and not an endoscopy , though i guess the latter will be used
coz i start having vomiting which is affecting
now my health
i feel dizzy
i may be away for a while
or i may be here tomorrow
it depends upon my diagnosis
i wish it will be mere hyperacidity and not an ulcer
or helicobacter
